Frequently Asked Questions

The teachers and mentors at the camp are current owners and organizers of their own businesses, professors from Canadian and American business schools, leading employees and managers of well-known Canadian companies, and students from master's programs at universities.

This will be your responsibility, as well as that of the agency in your country if you choose to contact them for assistance. However, all students will undergo testing on the first day of Business English classes without exception. If your proficiency level is significantly below the required standard, you will not be eligible to participate in the main camp program. Participant's English proficiency must meet one of following parameters: IELTS 5.5-6.0 or TOEFL 75-80 or Duolingo 100-105.

We offer a flexible three-step payment plan:

  1. A registration fee of $200 CAD (non-refundable) to secure your spot.
  2. An initial payment of 50% of the tuition fee upfront.
  3. The remaining 50% of the tuition fee to be paid before the program start date.

All participants will receive a certificate of participation, while the top students, teams and projects will be awarded special commemorative prizes from the sponsoring partners.

Yes, there are.

There is a Consultation section on the website where you can ask any questions. The organizers will answer within one or two business days.

All participants will be accommodated in single rooms within Trent University student housing. In addition, three meals a day are will be provided, including vegetarian options.

Trent University and B2Youth Inc. will provide a visa invitation letter upon request, following full payment of tuition.

Medical insurance is provided for all participants in the program, including group leaders, and is included in the total price.

The camp program spans three weeks: one week of Business English language training, followed by two weeks of theoretical and practical classes in core business disciplines. The program also includes team-based projects and a final business project presentation.

As part of the camp, participants will enjoy a wide range of leisure activities, including sports, movie nights, discos, and excursions to Niagara Falls, the Toronto Aquarium, the CN Tower, and Canada’s Wonderland amusement park, plus much more!
